In the United States, Flipspaces has grown tremendously during this financial year. New avenues are being explored to further expand our market share in the United States’ Real Estate landscape. Some of its esteemed clients are Corporates like Newscorp, B/S/H, Bennett Coleman Group, Reliance Industries, Aditya Birla Group, PnG, LnT, among multiple other startups, SMEs and coworking spaces and builders.
Job Description-
● Identifying and reaching out to potential clients, including architects, contractors, subcontractors, and
construction companies through primary/secondary research and digital platforms such as LinkedIn,
ZoomInfo, and others.
● Engaging with qualified leads, Understanding client needs, conducting detailed discussions, and
presenting tailored proposals to drive closures.
● Managing the complete sales lifecycle—from initial outreach and client meetings to proposal submission,
negotiations, and contract finalization with a focus on high conversion rates.
● Collaborating with the design, pre-sales, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals and
alignment with client expectations.
● Maintaining updated records of sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics on the CRM
● Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting for all leads in the funnel and sharing plans on priority based closure
and cashflow generation
● Scheduling in person catchups and events to ensure proper referral channels
● Ensuring a smooth transition from sales to execution through proper documentation and internal
handover.
● Being a part of the complete execution ensuring proper communication and client reviews
● Achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets as per business goals.
● Participating in client meetings, site visits, and virtual/in-person presentations as needed.
● Supporting marketing team with feedback from client interactions to refine messaging and targeting.
● Taking on additional tasks as required to support overall sales and business objectives.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
